In order to keep your natural lashes healthy and your sets looking fresh, it's recommended to infill every 2-3 weeks depending on your natural lash growth and how full you like your lashes to look in between appointments.  - Up to 16 days and with 50% or more of lash extensions remaining will qualify for a 2 week infill - Up to 23 days and with more than 40% or more of lash extensions remaining will qualify for a 3 week infill.  *Any more than this timeframe or any less than this % please book in for a full set of lashes.

If you are booked in for a lash lift or lash extensions please arrive with no eye makeup on and clean lashes for two important reasons; 1. Dirty lashes and makeup products will affect how long your results will last.  2. I will need to do a cleanse and lash bath which will cost you extra and eat into your lash appt time.

We have a waiting area for you to relax in while you wait and ask that you try to be 5-10 minutes early to your appointment, so that you don't run late and cut in to your treatment time. Please note that a late arrival of 15minutes or more will result in a cancellation/rescheduling of your appt and your deposit will be forfeited.

We are located in Newstead Commercial Village. There are limited onsite visitor parking. 2hr free parking in Gasworks carpark located bottom of Doggett St. Paid parking is available on Doggett St, Kyabra St, Longland St or Commercial Rd.
