Before we start, we will conduct a personalised consultation where we will discuss your options available based on your desired outcome and lash health. You can also have a look on our Instagram page @mellysbeautyparlour or send us an inspo photo before booking your appointment if unsure.
In order to keep your natural lashes healthy and your sets looking fresh, it's recommended to infill every 2-3 weeks depending on your natural lash growth and how full you like your lashes to look in between appointments. - Up to 17 days and with 50% or more of lash extensions remaining will qualify for a 2 week infill - Up to 24 days and with more than 40% or more of lash extensions remaining will qualify for a 3 week infill. *Any more than this timeframe or any less than this % please book in for a full set of lashes.
If you are booked in for a lash lift or lash extensions please arrive with no eye makeup or mascara on and clean lashes for two important reasons; 1. Dirty lashes and makeup products will affect how long your results will last. 2. We will need to perform a cleanse and lash bath which will be at an additional cost and eat into your lash application time.
We have a waiting area for you to relax in before your appointment and kindly ask that you arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure your full treatment time.
Please note that arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require your appointment to be cancelled, rescheduled or adjusted to an alternative treatment. As the time has been reserved specifically for you, the full price of your original booking will still apply.
We are located in Newstead Commercial Village. Please note there is no dedicated customer parking available within the complex.
Gasworks is located at the bottom of our street On Doggett Street and offers 2 hours free parking, with paid street parking also available surrounding the complex.
IMPORTANT: Please allow sufficient time to find parking and arrive for your appointment. Parking availability can vary and unfortunately does not exempt late arrivals from our booking policies.
