Cancellation Policy

Please let us know in advance if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. When booking you agree that if a cancellation/reschedule within 48hrs of the scheduled time is needed, a 50% cancelation fee will be charged to your card on file. If you cancel/reschedule within 12hrs of your booking/fail to show up for your appt, a 100% no show fee will be charged. We thank you for your understanding as these policies ensure we can continue to provide you with exceptional services and technicians.

10:00 am – 05:30 pm

All Saturdays will incur a 10% surcharge from 1st Oct 2024. We are closed on Public Holidays and Sundays.

Please note - Due to our premium services and products we don’t infill others work. A removal and full set will be required if you have lashes or nails on from another salon. Please also note, we don’t remove Acrylic, SNS, or Hard Gel.
